As a French woman living in Germany I was personally trained by Alissa Cohen in all three levels of her Living on Live Food Programm and am now a certified Living on Live Foods chef/instructor/teacher. One of my intention is to show you how to make this life changing lifestyle work for you in an easy way.

My first recipe book "Rohköstlich" - meaning Deliciously Raw, which is also the name of my business - was launched June 2008 and has a great success since then. The second book is planned to be launched 2010.

My business RohKöstlich e.K. was born out of a passion for healthy living, friendship and a quest for energy. These are the services I offer:
